It's important to remember that this is not a magic weight loss pill. Taking it on its own without making any changes to your lifestyle will most likely, not result in weight loss. It is designed to be used alongside a calorie deficit whilst also taking steps to manage your unique hormonal imbalances.

Balance:Mix one level scoop in any liquid of your choice. Ideally, drink your Balance first thing in the morning.

L-Carnitine:Mix half a scoop in a liquid of your choice either 30 minutes before activity or in the morning.

Favorite PCOS supplements!

I really like these vitamins and supplements. Almost immediately I noticed a difference in my energy levels and cravings for carbs and sweets. It seemed like I had more control over my choices when my body tells me to eat carbs or sweet stuff. I also really noticed a difference in my energy. I have tried a lot of different supplements throughout my 20+ years with PCOS and these are working better for me than anything that I have tried before. I like the Pineapple flavor (although I haven't tried the others) and the convenience of being able to mix them in a cup of water in the morning mean I haven't forgotten to take them, as I would with traditional pill vitamins. I wanted to sign up for the recurring shipment, but it seemed like there is a problem with the website. Other than that I really enjoy this company and the products.

I love all the products but I was disappointed on the balance multivitamin product I oder the strawberry flavor but it did not taste like the last one I had ordered before it had a different taste and color to it. So I'm not sure if they send me the correct flavored. But the rest of the products are good so far.

Great Supplements, Could Do Without the Artificial Sweetener

I like the supplements; however, I am unable to continue taking the Balance supplement because of the sucralose. Thank you for the hard work that has been done to help women with PCOS.
