Create Your Subscription Account

After watching the video and learning how to manage your subscription, you'll need to create an account on our website in order to access your portal whenever you like. 

1. Go to the account registry page - click here for that
2. Create a new account using the email address you used when you subscribed to your supplement
3. Whenever you need to adjust a subscription, just visit the website, login to your account and voilà - follow the instructions within the video to make any changes you like.

Where can I find my subscription profile?

Anytime you wish to manage your subscription(s), you’ll need to login to your website account. You can do that here: https://drewbairdfitness.com/account/login. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be immediately redirected to your subscription profile.

I am having trouble accessing my subscription profile on the website. What should I do?

Please send an email to us at info@drewbairdfitness.com. We’ll get back to you ASAP, as we understand things can go wrong

Can I subscribe to more than one supplement at a time? If so, how?

Yes, absolutely. You’ll see an option in your subscription profile that says “Add Product”. By selecting this, you’ll be able to search and find a product you wish to add to your account.

Can I put any of my existing supplement subscriptions on hold?

Unfortunately, you can’t. This is okay, however, because if you do find yourself in a situation where you can’t make an upcoming payment, you can simply cancel your subscription and reactivate it in a few weeks or months - whenever you’re ready to continue.

If I choose to subscribe to more than supplement, can I combine them so that they arrive together?

Yes, for the sake of convenience. All you need to do is reach out to us via email at info@drewbairdfitness.com, and we’ll combine all of your subscriptions for you - easy! Once this is done, all of your subscriptions will arrive together.

If I want to just try another product but not subscribe to it, can I add it as a one-time purchase to my upcoming subscription renewal order so they arrive together?

Yes, absolutely. You’ll see an option in your subscription profile that says “Add Product”. By selecting this, you’ll be able to search and find a product you wish to add to your account. Instead of selecting “Subscribe & Save” just select the “One-Time Purchase” option.

Will I be notified of upcoming recurring payments?

Yep! You’ll be sent a notification 3 days in advance, this allows you to decide on whether you’d like to continue your subscription, cancel, or swap to a different product or variant.
