Its versatility and impact on metabolic and hormonal health, particularly for women with PCOS*, has led to NAC becoming one of our most bought & loved supplements. Paired with regular exercise and a healthy diet, it can be a supportive aid in your journey toward balance.

Ingredients (per serve): N-acetyl cysteine (600mg).

Can NAC be taken with birth control?

Yes

Can I take more than once daily?

The dose of NAC used in clinical trials has ranged from about 600 mg to 3,000 mg per day, typically divided into two or three servings. Generally because most customers are taking other products also, only one capsule per day is generally needed.

Why does my NAC smell rotten?

The odour you smell is likely from the sulphur that is part of NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine), this is completely normal and why it is in a capsule and not a powder.

Take 1 capsule per day, ideally in the mornings.

NAC, Inositol and berbine

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about these supplements! Due to my PCOS, I had not gotten my period in years. After only about one month of taking these supplements, my period came back. So grateful.

Would love to review if I actually got the product

I’d love to provide honest feedback but I have yet to receive my order. My order said it would ship from US, got emails that it would be coming from US but got tracking showing it was coming from AUS and it Been few weeks and my tracking shows it’s still stuck in processing. Asked for refund and they won’t since it’s been shipped.. this experience has not been pleasant and don’t recommend to anyone in US until they sort out whatever issues they have with that.. very disappointing and might have to file claim with my credit company given the issues I’m having with receiving my product. Such a hassle

Regular menstrual cycle!

I got this back in June of this year. It helped me have NORMAL periods. Ever since I went off birth control three years ago, I was having irregular periods, I went almost six months without a period. My periods went from that to having two week long periods and I’d get my period every other month to two months. Now I can happily say that I’ve been having regular periods for three months. This last one I had was the best, it was a six day long period with the last two days just being spotting. I love this stuff! Definitely worth the buy.
