master of sleep supplement!

I’ve only just started ZMA (about 2 weeks) and I’ve immediately noticed improvements in my sleep cycle. A little sleepy in the mornings still but falling asleep at night has much improved. No more late night scrolling to distract from insomnia!!!

Finally restful sleep again

As someone who works full time and is finishing graduate school, my stress levels have caused difficulty with sleeping lately. I started taking this before bed and am sleeping so much better. I am also waking up feeling more rested and have been able to sleep through the night lately. I had increased my caffeine intake for a few weeks because sleep wasn't doing its job but am feeling more rested nowadays.

Zma

I have had a bit of trouble with the zma, I have been emailing back and forth with one of your elves lol and he gave me some advice on how to make it better, first of all when I opened it, it was hard like some moisture had gotten in the parcel. Once he told me it was safe to try, I broke some of it up and scooped it out but I’ve had trouble disolving it, it stays as a gritty salty water. I’ve tried having only 1/4 of a teaspoon but I’m yet to try it mixed in with other things like a smoothie
