Easy to follow & great recipes
It was ok. The lunch meals came in handy to give me an idea of what to make.
I started the program 1 week ago, so far i have lost 1 kg only, im happy with the program the changes I feel more energetic, i don't feel bloated. Drew and team has a returning customer.
I haven’t started as yet as still working through my last meal plan. Just a few things that I would suggest maybe like your other meal plans asking people what they like and don’t like with good as to give them options of changing things out? Otherwise looks great
I’m on week 2 of PCOS 10 week ebook and I have finally been loosing weight after trying every single diet, challenge, whatever else and this is the only one that’s ever given results and the cheapest one of them all! I also far more enjoy Drew’s recipes that are wholesome and flavorous and flexible, the exercises are so easy yet bring results! I’m so excited to see what comes by week 10!
